By purchasing from yellowbrickroadblog.com, you agree to these terms and my Privacy Policy. Yellow Brick Road Music is a one-person business owned and operated by Jennifer Hibbard.

    Terms of Use

    Your purchase grants you a non-transferable license to use the resource under the terms below. You’re buying the right to use it, not ownership of it. These terms are also included with every download.

    You may:

    • Use it with your own students, in every classroom you teach in.

    • Print or make copies for your own students.

    • Post it on a password-protected platform (Google Classroom, Seesaw, Canvas) for your own students.

    • Leave it for a substitute teaching your students.

    You may NOT:

    • Share it with other teachers. Each teacher needs their own copy.

    • Post it anywhere public, like an open class website or a publicly shared Drive folder.

    • Sell it or copies of it, in print or digital form.

    • Upload it to ChatGPT, Claude, or any AI tool, or use it to train AI.
    • Prices are in US dollars. I can’t adjust the price of a past order after a sale starts.
    • Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. Sales tax is added at checkout where required by law.
    • You can check out as a guest or create an account.
    • Please double-check your email address at checkout so your confirmation reaches you.
    • All resources are digital files. Nothing is shipped.
    • Your download links appear on the order confirmation page, in your confirmation email, and in My Account.
    • Download as many times as you need. Your links never expire.
    • Updates are always free. Download again anytime to get the newest version.
    • Each product description lists the software it needs. Please check before you buy.

    What if I change schools?
    If your school paid or reimbursed you, the license stays with the school. If you paid yourself, it goes with you.

    Can I use it in private lessons?
    Yes, with your own students.

    Can I present it at a conference or PD session?
    Email me first with your presentation topic, the event name and date, and how you’ll use the resource. If approved, credit Jennifer Hibbard, Yellow Brick Road Music, and link to my website on your slides. You can show it, but you can’t give out copies.

    Can I feature it on social media or my blog?
    Yes. Credit Jennifer Hibbard, Yellow Brick Road Music, and link to the listing.

    Can I edit it?
    If it has editable text, yes, for your own students. You can’t share your edited version.

    All sales are final, since files are delivered instantly. If you find a typo, a broken link, or a missing page, or a file still won’t open after you’ve tried the steps on my FAQ page, email me at theylbrickroad@yellowbrickroadblog.com with your order number. I’ll fix it and send you an updated version. If I can’t fix it, I’ll issue a refund.

    • All resources are protected by copyright. Clip art and fonts belong to their original creators and are used under license.
    • I may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or violate these terms. Canceled paid orders are fully refunded.
    • Resources are provided as described. I can’t guarantee they’ll meet every classroom, curriculum, or school requirement.
    • To the extent allowed by law, my responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for that resource.
    • These terms are governed by Indiana law. The terms in place when you buy apply to that order.
