This interactive lesson introduces students in grades K–8 to steady beat through real-life sounds, pictures, and videos. Students hear steady beat in audio examples, feel it by moving and playing along to the beat, see it in everyday videos, and compare it with its musical opposite. A short quiz before and after the lesson shows what they learned.

Well, this has visuals and audio examples the helped my youngest students conceptualize this invisible abstract thing called steady beat!
